OVERVIEW

Endy is looking for a Retail Sales Manager with a strong sales and customer-focus. We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to build and expand our retail presence and maintain strong long-term relationships with Endy partners. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work with the leadership and marketing team, build rapport with Endy’s partners, and be a strong communicator. You are a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

  • Regular research of Market with a goal to acquire and develop new clients

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Source new territories and sales opportunities

  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Negotiate new partner contracts

  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships

  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

  • Proven success in creating and fostering relationships with buyers and customers

  • Proven sales record with at least 3-5 years sales experience in lifestyle or home goods

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Strong negotiation and account management skills

  • Enthusiastic, customer-centric, polished professional presentation and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • You have the aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Know-how to drive growth through partnerships, working collaboratively and cross-functionally

  • Strong team player who can make decisions and excels in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Bilingualism an asset
